Service & privacy policies

Before work begins

Package prices apply to the scope described on the package page. We review your requirements and confirm the deliverables, total price, delivery date, and included revisions in writing. Larger or different requests receive a separate custom quote. You can decline a quote without being charged.

Paid work starts only after you approve the scope and payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates begin once the required material and access are supplied. We will discuss a changed schedule if your requirements or source material change.

Revisions & corrections

Fixed packages include two rounds of changes within the agreed scope. Send consolidated feedback in your project. Corrections to errors or missed agreed requirements are handled without an extra charge and do not use a revision round. A new direction, more pages, new languages, or extra outputs require a separate agreement.

Cancellation & delivery problems

Cancel an unpaid request in My Projects at any time before payment. If you need to cancel work after payment, contact us in Help. We will explain any completed work and agree the appropriate refund before closing the project.

If the agreed result cannot be delivered, we will offer a correction, a revised arrangement you accept, or a refund for the undelivered work. Refunds will use the approved payment provider once payments are available. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.

Your material & finished work

You must have permission to use the content you provide. You retain ownership of your source material. Once the agreed payment is complete, you can use the finished deliverables for the purpose agreed in your project. Third-party assets, fonts, software, or licenses retain their own terms; any required costs or restrictions are disclosed before work begins.

We do not promise employment, sales, search rankings, investment returns, or legal outcomes. Research identifies sources and limitations. Study services support learning and practice; they do not complete graded work dishonestly. Translation language pairs and specialist suitability are confirmed before acceptance. Accessibility improvements do not automatically certify legal compliance.

AI & human review

AI may assist the work where suitable. HHR Reviewed packages include human checking before delivery. Custom projects are handled according to their written scope. Free tools run locally in your browser. If your project cannot use AI or contains sensitive material, tell us before uploading it so we can confirm an appropriate process.

Information we collect

Accounts collect your name, email, country, birth date, and account credentials. Project requests collect your instructions, files, quotes, messages, and project history. Help requests collect your question and replies. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; sessions use hashed tokens on the server.

Account and project data are used to authenticate you, verify your email, provide the requested work, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. The website does not currently collect payment card details. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary personal information in messages or files.

Storage & service providers

The current website uses Vercel hosting, Railway backend and database infrastructure, and Resend for account verification emails. Account and project information is stored in the application database. Access is restricted to the account owner and authorized HHR Labs administrators. Infrastructure providers process information needed to operate their services.

Your project history remains available in your account. Use Help to request access, correction, export, or removal of personal information. We will review any records that must be retained before confirming removal. Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, unfinished request, and theme preference; you can sign out and clear browser storage.

Contact & accessibility

Contact HHR Labs through Help for service questions, a delivery problem, a privacy request, or an accessibility issue. Include the related project if you have one. Replies appear in your account; email alerts are not active yet.
