Clear scope. Clear price.
Before work begins, your written quote confirms the deliverables, total price, delivery date, and included revisions. Any required third-party subscription, license, or hosting expense must be disclosed and agreed in advance.
Human judgment comes first.
HHR Reviewed work uses AI where useful, with human review and polishing. Custom Projects are handled individually. Automatic delivery is reserved for tools and tasks whose quality has been proven.
Reasonable revisions are included.
If we misunderstood the agreed instructions, we correct the work without charging again. Additional scope is discussed before any new charge.
When something goes wrong.
We work to fix delivery problems first. If we cannot deliver the agreed result, an appropriate refund applies, subject to applicable consumer rights and the terms agreed before payment.
Your files belong in your project.
Use the authenticated project workspace to supply only the information required for your work. Do not send passwords or payment card details. The current file limit is 5 MB per file and 30 MB per project.
